Job Description
We seek a licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Provider to deliver team-based behavioral health care for complex, vulnerable patients in a comprehensive, community-focused setting.
Provide clinical guidance and direct care for members with acute and chronic behavioral health needs, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using a modified Collaborative Care Model to improve behavioral health outcomes.Support transitional, emergency, and crisis care, including post-discharge follow-up and coordination with mental health providers.Participate in developing protocols for medication-assisted treatment and support patients with substance use disorders.Offer telepsychiatry services and educational support to care team members.Qualifications include licensure, board certification, DEA, BLS, experience with complex Medicaid populations, addiction medicine preferred, and strong teamwork and communication skills. This in-office role offers $150,000-$160,000 annually, Monday to Friday, with a focus on serving underserved communities.
