The role involves managing complex, high-acuity pediatric cases in a Level IV NICU and a busy trauma center, with opportunities to perform adult anesthesia and mentor staff.

Key responsibilities include pre-operative assessments, individualized anesthesia plans, intraoperative monitoring, pain management, and patient recovery, with diverse case types such as surgery, neurosurgery, plastics, orthopedics, urology, and transplant.
