Pediatric Hospitalist

Job Description

Seeking a Pediatrician to provide inpatient care for children recovering from serious illnesses or injuries in a post-acute setting, supported by nurse practitioners and specialists.

Responsibilities include overseeing care for patients in pulmonary rehab, feeding therapy, and complex medical needs, many of whom are technology-dependent, with in-house coverage during day, night, and weekend shifts.

Key duties involve delivering high-quality care, coordinating with external providers, supporting family goals, managing multidisciplinary teams, and planning complex discharges.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics, PALS, and Massachusetts medical licensure. Preferred experience with complex, technology-dependent pediatric patients and fellowship training.
