Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care across outpatient, inpatient, and specialized pediatric settings.
Conduct physical exams, assess vital signs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and families. Administer medications, perform diagnostic evaluations, and manage acute and chronic conditions with precision. Assist with procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and spinal taps, ensuring safety and compliance. Utilize EMR systems like Epic for accurate documentation and participate in telehealth and research initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in units like PICU, NICU, and general pediatrics to optimize patient outcomes. Provide education on nutrition, development, and health coaching, supporting seamless care transitions. Maintain current knowledge of pediatric medical terminology, coding, and healthcare laws. Requirements: Proven pediatric clinical experience, EMR proficiency, and skills in acute care, behavioral health, and diagnostic procedures. Prior experience with children with special needs or in emergency/critical care settings is advantageous.
