Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing pediatric practice in Richland, WA.
Provide high-quality pediatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and referrals. Perform preventive services like physicals and well-child exams. Order labs, review results, and communicate findings to families. Handle patient communications, refill requests, and documentation within 24 hours. Take vitals, coordinate care, and ensure respectful, compassionate patient interactions. Participate in after-hours triage, team meetings, and record reviews.
