Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, four-day workweek in Norwood and Franklin, MA.
Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience required; new graduates are not considered. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and managing pediatric conditions, creating treatment plans, administering vaccines, providing health education, and collaborating with a healthcare team. Schedule includes one evening shift, rotating weekend coverage, and two holidays annually. Qualifications include active MA license, appropriate certification (CPNP-PC, FNP, or NCCPA), strong clinical skills, and excellent communication.
