Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children. The role involves working closely with patients and families to enhance communication skills and quality of life.

Key duties include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining detailed records.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Florida licensure, and preferably an active Medicaid number. Prior experience with pediatric populations and early intervention strategies is preferred. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits such as continuing education, health insurance, and paid time off. The work is conducted in person, with a typical schedule of 25-35 hours per week.
