Job Description
Seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for assessment and diagnosis at a non-profit autism evaluation center with locations in San Bernardino and Riverside.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer comprehensive assessments of language, communication, and social skills, including for minimally verbal or nonverbal children.
Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to support accurate diagnosis and develop tailored recommendations.
Prepare integrated reports and communicate findings effectively to families and team members.
Maintain confidentiality and participate in team-based care.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree and valid California SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.
Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders, ASD, and neurodevelopmental assessments.
Strong diagnostic, documentation, and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
CPR certification required; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Part-time: $43-$50/hour; Full-time: $90K-$106K/year. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
