Job Description

The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat language, speech, and swallowing disorders while developing personalized treatment plans. They will collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and healthcare professionals, utilizing proven and innovative therapies. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, educating families about treatment options, and maintaining detailed records. The role involves staying current with industry advancements, providing mentorship, and adjusting therapy approaches as needed.


  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-language Pathology, relevant licensure, and experience with various disorders and age groups.
  • Proficiency with database management tools and familiarity with Early Intervention are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness are essential.
  • This is a full-time or part-time in-person position with a pay range of $56.00 – $80.00 per hour. Remote work is not available.
