Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional communication therapy for children and adolescents.

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in pediatric clients.
  • Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support progress.
  • Monitor progress, adjust therapy approaches, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with standards.
  • Educate families on home exercises to reinforce therapy outcomes.

    • Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, familiarity with assessment tools, and a passion for supporting children’s communication development. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($65,000–$85,000), comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
