Job Description
The Speech Therapist role involves
assessing, diagnosing, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals administering therapy using proven and innovative techniques educating patients and families about disorders and therapies monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapy as needed maintaining detailed records and staying current with field advancements providing mentoring and workshops for students working in person, with full-time or part-time options requiring a Master’s degree, relevant licensure, and experience with various age groups and disorders Familiarity with database software and early intervention is a plus. The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills, with compensation ranging from $56 to $80 per hour.
