Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Bonus Opportunities!)

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time or part-time role in San Jose, CA, with a salary range of $90,000–$125,000/year.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Providing 1:1 pediatric speech therapy for receptive & expressive language, articulation, fluency, feeding/swallowing, and AAC
– Conducting evaluations and creating play-based treatment plans
– Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
– Mentoring SLPAs and CFs
– Participating in leadership initiatives
– Communicating compassionately with families

**Flexible scheduling options** include traditional 5-day weeks, 4-day shifts, split schedules, and weekend sessions with additional pay.

**Requirements:**
– California SLP license and CCC from ASHA
– Pediatric experience preferred
– Leadership and collaboration interest
– New therapists encouraged to apply
