Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our early intervention team, providing flexible, family-centered speech and language services for children aged birth to 5 years.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on communication, feeding, and social skills.
- Implement interventions addressing language, articulation, pragmatics, and feeding challenges.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Educate caregivers on therapy strategies and natural environment integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Manage caseload and scheduling efficiently.
Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of pediatric development, and proficiency with electronic systems. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, and eligibility for Medicaid credentialing. Experience is preferred but not required.
