Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team, providing flexible, family-centered services to children aged birth to 5 years.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy for language, articulation, social communication, and feeding challenges, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Accurate documentation and progress monitoring are essential.
Ideal candidates possess a passion for working with children, strong clinical reasoning, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency with electronic systems. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, liability insurance, and the ability to pass background checks. Experience preferred but not required; clinical fellowship clinicians are welcome.
