Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching in a designated region.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive speech evaluations using standardized tests.
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aligned with physician directives.
Creating home exercise programs collaboratively with caregivers.
Coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team.
Completing required patient visits and documentation promptly.
Ensuring compliance with all agency policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
Reliable, innovative, and adaptable with proficiency in workplace technology.
Bonus: 3+ years pediatric experience, home-health background, feeding therapy certifications, bilingual skills.
