Job Description

Seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for home health services in Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and revise speech therapy plans of care
  • Schedule and provide rehabilitative services
  • Maintain patient records and documentation
  • Utilize community resources and refer as needed
  • Supervise SLP Assistants per state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, training, and discharge planning

    • Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Texas SLP license and CCC-SLP from ASHA
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
