Job Description

We are hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking Part-Time Pediatrician to provide patient-centered care in a community health setting in Long Beach, CA.

Deliver comprehensive pediatric services including exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings.

Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions, develop treatment plans, and educate families on health topics.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Support quality improvement, clinical supervision, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Work onsite every other Saturday to enhance patient access.

Qualifications include MD or DO, California license, Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics, and experience with pediatric outpatient care. Bilingual skills and familiarity with community health models are preferred.

Compensation ranges from $125-$145/hour for 16-24 hours weekly, with benefits such as health insurance, 403(b), paid time off, and loan repayment programs.
