Job Description

The Pediatrician provides primary healthcare services to patients in a clinic setting, working under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.

Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., completion of an accredited residency, and a New York State medical license.

Responsibilities encompass obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams, diagnosing, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans focused on prevention.

They administer medications, provide patient education, assist in emergencies, and coordinate ongoing care.

Additional duties involve participating in quality improvement, patient advocacy, and team collaboration.

Must adhere to safety standards, maintain confidentiality, and participate in emergency preparedness.
