Pediatrician

Job Description

The Pediatrician provides primary healthcare services to patients, including medical history review, exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning.

• Perform physical exams, interpret data, and establish diagnoses.
• Order labs, administer immunizations, medications, and sutures.
• Educate patients and families on health, illness prevention, and treatment plans.
• Respond to emergency situations, monitor ongoing care, and participate in team-based patient management.
• Document patient progress, collaborate with staff, and participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Support community resource linkage, emergency preparedness, and patient self-management.

Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O. with residency training, NY State medical license, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
