Job Description

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on wellness, illness prevention, and health education.

  • Assess and diagnose health conditions, develop personalized care plans, and promote growth and development.
  • Offer age-appropriate education and counseling to families, considering cultural and family factors.
  • Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality treatment using evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize prescriptive authority within legal guidelines and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including on-call coverage, and supervise Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as needed.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

    Qualifications include a Doctorate in Medicine, Board Certification or Eligibility, and a valid FL Medical License.
