Job Description
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on wellness, illness prevention, and health education.
Assess and diagnose health conditions, develop personalized care plans, and promote growth and development.
Offer age-appropriate education and counseling to families, considering cultural and family factors.
Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality treatment using evidence-based practices.
Utilize prescriptive authority within legal guidelines and participate in quality assurance activities.
Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including on-call coverage, and supervise Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as needed.
Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications include a Doctorate in Medicine, Board Certification or Eligibility, and a valid FL Medical License.
