Job Description

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on health promotion, illness prevention, and treatment.


  • Assess and diagnose health conditions, develop care plans, and manage both acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Provide holistic, culturally-sensitive care with education on growth, development, and health maintenance.
  • Educate families on medications, treatments, and preventive activities, ensuring understanding of regimens and interactions.
  • Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality through chart reviews and adherence to guidelines.
  • Participate in rotating on-call duties and provide oversight for nurse practitioners.
  • Utilize current medical guidelines and maintain licensure, including prescribing authority.
  • Engage in community involvement and perform additional duties as assigned.
