Job Description

Join an established, physician-led pediatric practice in Vancouver, WA, serving the community since 1979. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible pediatrician to become a valued team member in a full-time role (4 days/week, 8:40-5pm).

  • Split call duties among 13 providers, including same-day visits and nurse advice line backup.
  • Round on newborns at local hospitals and collaborate closely with RN, LPN, or MA.
  • Enjoy a 2-year partner track with revenue-based bonuses, fully covered insurance, and comprehensive support staff.
  • Work with Epic EHR and access future AI-medical scribe innovations.
