Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pediatrician for a well-established practice serving families in Long Island.

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well-child, acute, and chronic care.

Work 3-5 shifts weekly with a consistent schedule supporting work-life balance.

Participate in weekend rotations (one out of four weekends).

Travel between two practice locations to ensure continuity of care.

Collaborate with staff to optimize clinic operations and patient experience.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Engage in quality improvement and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited institution, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, active NYS license, and DEA registration. Previous outpatient pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and reliable commuting ability.
