Job Description
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on wellness, prevention, and education.
They will assess health status, diagnose illnesses, develop family-centered, culturally-sensitive care plans, and offer health promotion and disease prevention guidance.
Responsibilities include providing age-appropriate education, coordinating care, making referrals, using evidence-based practices, and participating in quality assurance activities.
They will handle inpatient and outpatient treatments, provide oversight for nurse practitioners, and participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications include a Doctorate in Medicine, Board certification or eligibility, valid FL medical license, and prescriptive authority. New grads are welcome.
