Job Description
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on health promotion, illness prevention, and disease management.
Assess and diagnose childhood illnesses, develop care plans, and promote wellness through education and counseling.
Provide culturally-sensitive, age-appropriate care, including anticipatory guidance and health education.
Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Use evidence-based practices, adhere to legal prescribing regulations, and participate in quality assurance activities.
Take on call duties, supervise Nurse Practitioners, and engage in community involvement when appropriate.
