Job Description
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive, family-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on wellness, prevention, and illness management.
Assess and diagnose childhood illnesses, develop care plans, and promote growth and development.
Offer age-appropriate education on health, development, and treatments, considering cultural and family factors.
Coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure quality through chart reviews and evidence-based practices.
Use prescriptive authority within legal guidelines and provide inpatient and outpatient care.
Participate in rotating call coverage and community involvement, with responsibilities including supervision of nurse practitioners.
