Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician for a full-time, in-person position in Indio, CA.

Provide comprehensive pediatric care including check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Educate families on child development, nutrition, and preventive health.

Collaborate with a supportive healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Maintain a strong focus on preventive medicine and building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification in Pediatrics, active CA license, DEA certification, and strong communication skills. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits: $260,000-$300,000 salary, sign-on bonus, productivity bonus, CME allowance, paid holidays, health/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with matching, and relocation assistance.
