Seeking a full-time pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner for an outpatient practice in Crandall, TX, just outside Dallas.
Provide comprehensive physical exams, diagnose, treat, and manage illnesses and developmental milestones for patients from newborns to 21 years old. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, perform in-office procedures, and ensure immunizations are current. Educate families on preventive health, nutrition, safety, and mental health concerns. Supervise mid-level practitioners and participate in safety and care policy development. Work a 4-day week with an average of 25 patients daily, no hospital shifts or deliveries. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, PTO, malpractice coverage, and a competitive salary ($100K-$200K).
