We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient, multidisciplinary practice in Middletown, NY.
Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care.
Perform clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and conduct EMG studies.
Perform procedures and collaborate with physical therapists and other specialties.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.
Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R, NY license, and outpatient experience.
