Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Middletown, NY.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including clinical evaluations, procedures, and EMG studies.
  • Collaborate closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives.

    • Qualifications include MD or DO from an accredited school, BC or BE in PM&R, NY license eligibility, and outpatient experience.
