Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Middletown, NY.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
  • Perform clinical evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage a wide range of conditions.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists for coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R, active NY license, and outpatient experience.
