Job Description
The organization specializes in behavioral medicine, medical psychology, chronic pain rehab, and neurocognitive treatment. As they expand into Los Angeles, they seek a Physiatrist (PM&R) to support patients with musculoskeletal, neuro, and functional impairments.
The Physiatrist will provide outpatient non-surgical rehab, focusing on restoring function, managing pain, and facilitating return-to-work strategies. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, collaborating with therapy and behavioral teams, tracking progress, and documenting in line with Workers’ Compensation standards.
Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible in PM&R, hold an active California medical license, and have experience with musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation cases. Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred. Strong documentation and communication skills, along with a patient-first approach, are essential.
