Job Description

The role involves providing outpatient rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions, focusing on non-surgical management and functional restoration.

  • Performing functional and impairment evaluations
  • Collaborating with therapy, behavioral health, and occupational medicine teams
  • Tracking progress and optimizing treatment plans
  • Documenting findings in compliance with Workers’ Compensation standards

    • Candidates should be Board-Certified or Eligible in PM&R, hold an active California medical license, and have experience with musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation cases. Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred. Excellent communication and a patient-first approach are essential.

    The position offers a predictable schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call), with full-time or part-time options, and a salary range of $200,000–$400,000 annually.
