Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NY.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including clinical evaluations, procedures, and EMG studies.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, NY license, and outpatient experience.
