We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient, multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NY.
Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
Perform clinical evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.
Qualifications include MD/DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R, active NY license, and outpatient experience.
