Physiatrist (PM&R)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient, multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NY.

Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.

Perform clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage a diverse range of conditions.

Collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists for coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives.

Educate patients to promote safe recovery and optimal function.

Qualifications include MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, NY license, and outpatient experience.
