Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient team in Middletown, NY, offering full-time or part-time hours.

Key responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, developing treatment plans, performing EMG studies and procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological care.

Qualifications include MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, active NY medical license, and outpatient experience.
