Job Description

We are seeking a full-time physiatrist to provide specialized rehabilitation care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across multiple sites.

  • Perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance patients’ participation in therapy and functional recovery.
  • Administer interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
  • Operate independently with high autonomy, collaborating with primary care teams and referring to other specialists as needed.
  • Manage 23–25 patients daily, focusing on pain reduction and functional improvement.
  • Qualifications include an unrestricted PA or NP license, DEA licensure, and comfort with joint injections. Strong communication and EHR skills are essential.
