Job Description
We are seeking a full-time physiatrist to provide specialized rehabilitation care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across multiple sites.
Perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance patients’ participation in therapy and functional recovery.
Administer interventions such as joint injections, Botox, dry needling, and medication management.
Operate independently with high autonomy, collaborating with primary care teams and referring to other specialists as needed.
Manage 23–25 patients daily, focusing on pain reduction and functional improvement.
Qualifications include an unrestricted PA or NP license, DEA licensure, and comfort with joint injections. Strong communication and EHR skills are essential.
