Job Description

We are seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director for outpatient neurorehabilitation near Delaware beaches, focusing on TBI, spasticity, dystonia, and related conditions.

  • Lead evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and injections (e.g., botulinum toxin, phenol chemodenervation, baclofen pump management).
  • Develop programs, ensure quality, train staff, and collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and primary care providers.
  • No call or weekend duties, with flexible patient mix and leadership roles in Lewes and Dover offices.

    Compensation: $300K-$350K plus up to $100K incentive.
    Benefits: health, vision, dental, 401(k), CME, relocation, PTO, and visa sponsorship.

    Qualifications: Board-certified physiatrist, excellent communication skills, and eligible for J1/H1 visas. Candidates are encouraged to apply for this expansion opportunity in Sussex County.
