Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

Diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate outpatient rehabilitation services.

Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.

Conduct physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives if desired.

Qualifications: MD/DO, board certified or eligible in PM&R, NY medical license, excellent communication skills, with pain management experience a plus.
