Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician* in a full-time role.

  • Work with an experienced team providing comprehensive rehabilitation therapies and programs, including leadership of a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.
  • Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatient cases, develop patient-centered care plans, and collaborate with the rehab team.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards, with outpatient clinic opportunities available.
  • Contribute to shaping the department’s vision and program development.
  • Schedule includes flexible shifts, with options to choose hours and on-call as needed.
  • Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R, with the ability to relocate to Buffalo, NY, supported by a relocation package.
  • Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice insurance, paid time off, CME allowance, loan assistance, and more.
  • Ideal candidates will have a Doctorate degree and BC/BE certification in PM&R.
