Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician*.

• Be part of an experienced team of four providers, managing a full range of rehabilitation therapies and programs.
• Lead a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.
• Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, collaborating on individualized, patient-centered care plans.
• Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients for admission.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards.
• Outpatient clinic opportunities available; influence departmental vision and program development.

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, with call as needed. Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid time off, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, and loan assistance. The role offers flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for part-time work. Candidates must be BC/BE in PM&R and willing to relocate with employer support.
