Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* in a full-time role.

Work with an experienced team of four providers, overseeing a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.

Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatient cases, collaborating to develop personalized, patient-centered care plans.

Partner with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consultative models.

Contribute to quality improvement activities aligned with CARF standards and participate in outpatient clinic opportunities.

Influence departmental vision and program development.

Schedule options include day, evening, night shifts, and flexible hours, with call as needed.

Qualifications include MD or DO with BC/BE in PM&R. Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits like sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid PTO, health and retirement plans, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and loan assistance.

Relocation package provided; in-person work in Buffalo required.
