Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician*.

Be part of an experienced team with dedicated rehabilitation therapies, leading a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.

Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients, managing approximately 10 inpatients and developing individualized, patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the rehab team.

Participate in quality improvement activities and have outpatient clinic opportunities. Contribute to shaping the department’s vision.

Schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, with call as needed, offering flexible hours and shifts.

Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Compensation & Benefits: $260K-$370K annually, RVU productivity, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid time off, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, loan repayment, and more.

Additional info: In-person work, with relocation package provided, and opportunities for full or part-time roles. Must be BC/BE in PM&R and able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
