Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* in a full-time, outpatient, and inpatient role.

  • Be part of an experienced team managing a dedicated rehabilitation unit and outpatient clinic, with leadership responsibilities for CARF accreditation.
  • Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, collaborating with the rehab team to develop individualized, patient-centered care plans.
  • Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consultative processes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards and participate in outpatient clinics.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and night shifts, with on-call as needed.
  • Qualifications include MD or DO with BC/BE in PM&R; relocation, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits offered.
  • Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with additional incentives such as CME allowance, loan repayment, and malpractice insurance.
