Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

  • Provide outpatient rehabilitation, conduct exams, and develop personalized care plans focused on functional recovery.
  • Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.
  • Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Qualifications include an MD or DO from an accredited institution, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and a valid NY license. Experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
