Job Description

The Physician role offers a no-call, no ER or hospital hours position with excellent benefits and student loan repayment through HRSA.

Responsible for overseeing APPs, clinical staff, and providing care for patients of all ages within a patient-centered medical home model.

80% focus on managing acute/chronic illnesses, developing care plans, making referrals, and supporting team efficiency.

10% dedicated to patient documentation, follow-up, coordination, and education to promote self-management and reduce hospital visits.

10% involves mentorship, participation in meetings, quality improvement, and administrative duties.

Qualifications include a current Colorado MD/DO license, board eligibility/certification, DEA, BLS, and proficient computer skills.
