Job Description

This full-time Physician role offers no call, no ER/hospital hours, excellent benefits, and student loan repayment through HRSA.

Position Overview: Responsible for overseeing APPs, support staff, and providing patient care across all ages within a patient-centered medical home model. Works independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
– 80% patient care: managing acute/chronic conditions, referrals, provider consultation, and care planning.
– 10% documentation: follow-up, test results, referrals, patient education, and record keeping.
– 10% general duties: mentorship, meetings, quality improvement, procedure review, and community engagement.

Qualifications: Current MD/DO license in Colorado, board eligibility/certification, DEA, BLS, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with office software and equipment.
