Job Description

Our Physicians provide comprehensive medical care to enrolled geriatric participants across various settings, including clinics, homes, and care facilities, with most visits at the center.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, managing medical conditions, and coordinating care with hospital providers.

Documentation in electronic medical records and participation in interdisciplinary team planning are essential.

Provide rotating after-hours on-call support and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Lead and motivate the care team to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements: MD or DO degree, active state license, DEA license, board certification or eligibility, and experience with the elderly.
Preferred: Postgraduate and geriatric training, bilingual skills.

Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Salary range: $285,000-$325,000. Additional screenings are required for Florida applicants.
