Job Description
Our Physicians support enrolled geriatric participants Monday through Friday, providing medical care across various settings including clinics, homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
They evaluate, diagnose, and manage medical conditions, document care in electronic records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
On a rotational basis, they provide after-hours phone triage support.
Requirements include a MD or DO degree, active state license, DEA license, board certification or eligibility in primary care, and at least one year of experience with the elderly.
Preferred qualifications include postgraduate geriatric training and bilingual skills.
